China reels in another big fish: top operative of fugitive tycoon Chen Zhi extradited from Cambodia

Liu Ren, a top figure in the alleged criminal network run by Chinese tycoon Chen Zhi, has been extradited from Cambodia to China, Chinese authorities confirmed. Chen himself was already extradited earlier this year on transnational fraud charges filed by both Beijing and Washington.
