JetBlue accidentally told everyone to use incognito mode, now faces a lawsuit

JetBlue is facing a proposed class action lawsuit alleging it uses customers' personal data to set ticket prices, after its own social media team suggested a passenger use incognito mode to book - which, as it turns out, was a bit of an own goal.
