US charges Mexican governor of Sinaloa state with drug trafficking

US federal prosecutors have indicted Sinaloa state governor Ruben Rocha Moya on drug trafficking charges, alleging he conspired with the Sinaloa Cartel to move narcotics into the United States in exchange for political support.
