Asia told to spend more on guns and subs, but most countries say 'lol, no'

The Shangri-La Dialogue closed with the US pushing Asian allies toward 3.5% GDP defence spending. Analysts say most ASEAN countries - Singapore aside - simply cannot or will not commit to that target.
