Norway ghosted Malaysia on a missile deal and now everyone's blaming the US (which says 'wasn't us, bro')

Norway cancelled a €126 million missile sale to Malaysia after Kuala Lumpur paid 95% of the contract. The US denied any involvement, saying it had actually supported the deal - though questions about Washington's influence over weapons with American components remain very much open.
